Embroidery Operator / Production Technician
About the Role:
We are a growing custom apparel business specializing in screen printing and embroidery. We are looking for a motivated, detailed-oriented person to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, quality is a priority, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

This position will start as a hybrid role, supporting embroidery production and other shop tasks, and will gradually grow into a dedicated embroidery operator role as our business expands.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial embroidery machines efficiently and accurately
- Clean/quality check finished embroidery pieces
- Maintain thread, backing, and garment inventory for embroidery
- Assist in scheduling and organizing embroidery jobs
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist in heat press production
- Organize shop and maintain a clean workspace
- Check-in and organize apparel shipments
- Perform other production support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Reliable, detailed-oriented, hardworking
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous embroidery experience is a plus, but not required - we will train
Growth Opportunity:
This role will gradually transition into a dedicated embroidery operator as production volume grows. The right candidate will be trained to lead the embroidery department.
Hours & Pay:
Monday - Thursday
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
$18/hr + Bonus Opportunities
